I.   Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise engaging with the Desirezing platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

II.   Platform Access & Membership

Desirezing offers free and paid membership tiers, each granting access to specific features, practices, and content as described on our membership page. Your access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to a single individual account per membership.

Membership features may include daily practice prompts, ritual libraries, journaling tools, desire mapping frameworks, insight reports, and community access depending on your tier.

• Free (Essentials) accounts are available to all eligible users with no payment required
• Curated and Atelier memberships are billed on a monthly basis
• Atelier membership is subject to an application and approval process
• We reserve the right to modify tier features with reasonable advance notice

III.   Eligibility

Desirezing is intended for adults aged 18 and over who are seeking personal growth through intentional desire practice. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the platform is for personal, non-commercial purposes unless a separate commercial license has been arranged.

IV.   Subscription Billing & Cancellation

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis to your chosen payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued
• Refunds may be offered at our discretion for billing errors or exceptional circumstances
• Prices may be updated with 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers

V.   Community & Conduct Standards

Desirezing cultivates a community of respect, depth, and authentic expression. By participating in any community spaces — including the Atelier — you agree to:

• Engage others with kindness, openness, and genuine curiosity
• Refrain from promotional, spam, or commercial messaging in community spaces
• Respect the privacy and vulnerability of fellow community members
• Not share, screenshot, or distribute private community content without consent
• Refrain from harmful, discriminatory, or abusive language or behavior

Violation of community standards may result in membership suspension or permanent removal without refund.

VI.   Content & Intellectual Property

All Desirezing content — including the desire mapping methodology, daily practice frameworks, ritual libraries, written content, visual design, and audio material — is the original intellectual property of Desirezing.com. You may use platform content for your personal practice only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or adaptation of any Desirezing content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Content you submit through journals or community features remains your property. By submitting, you grant Desirezing a non-exclusive license to display your contributions within the platform.

VII.   Nature of Services

Desirezing is a personal development and reflective practice platform. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, therapeutic, medical, or financial advice. We encourage all members to seek qualified professional support for clinical mental health needs. Desirezing facilitates self-reflection — outcomes depend entirely on your engagement and personal circumstances.

VIII.   Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Desirezing.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to decisions made as a result of engaging with desire mapping frameworks or community content.

IX.   Platform Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at our discretion. Material changes to core features of paid memberships will be communicated in advance. We are committed to maintaining the quality and integrity of the Desirezing experience.

X.   Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, where necessary, binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.
